Yes, surprising amounts of poop and vomit can come from tiny packages. Speaking of packages, reputable studies (eg. Journal of Urology, etc.) found the flaccid penis size does NOT predict the erect size (suprise)! While average estimates vary, generally the range is not near 7, but 5.1-5.9 inches while erect.
